An individual who spiked sweets with tranquilliser and gave them to minors at a summer camp in the region has admitted sexual offences against two young males both nine and 10.
Jon Ruben was detained after eight youngsters and one adult fell ill at the location in July.
The elderly man, from that region, confessed to a total of 17 charges when he appeared at the courthouse on the end of the week.

The accused was remanded in custody before a subsequent court date on late November.
'Sweet game'
The prosecutor, handling the case, described the criminal behavior to the court.
She explained his victims were disadvantaged youngsters who were staying at a summer camp which he ran.
The man engaged in a "treat game" with the minors, Mrs Prior stated, in which he would go into the children's bedrooms when they were settling down and request they to consume candy "rapidly".
She informed the proceedings the man had played this game with the children "over an extended period", and youngsters had previously fallen ill the next day.
She said Ruben had been able to explain this over a long period as the minors being "overstimulated by activities", until his stepchild had worries in recently.
The legal representative added: "Recently" his stepchild had worries about what was going on, for good reason.
"They decided to examine in the defendant's belongings."
The legal counsel stated items including lubricant, Vaseline and medical needles were located, and his stepchild alerted the law enforcement about his suspicions.
She explained the defendant proceeded to engage in the "treat game" with six boys that evening - July 26th - and they were all sick the following morning.
"The police had not arrived by that point," she continued.
The oversight body, the police conduct office, earlier informed that it was examining the police response of the situation.
The legal representative stated the minors were unable to walk properly due to their condition, so Ruben's stepson called the law enforcement once more.
She explained the defendant then engaged in the "treat game" in a space of five minors.
